We often assume that prescription drugs are safe because they’re legal and FDA approved.  But did you know that 70% of drug-related deaths are implicated with prescription drugs?

As a pharmacist of 30 years, Larry Golbom is an expert on the dangers of prescription medication—and he has sadly witnessed their perils first-hand.  He was inspired to help others when his own son got hooked on the highly addictive drug Oxycotin.

In this interview, he chats with Kathleen about the hidden dangers of “safe” prescription medication, the signs of addiction, and how we can combat the problem.  Larry seeks to give hope and information to families struggling with this issue.
