Kathleen chats with the amazing Elliot Scheiner, one of the top record producers in the world who has 23 Grammy nominations, six wins and even an Emmy to call his own. During his 35-year career, he has worked with the best of the best, including Sting, Beck, Faith Hill, James Brown and so many more. Elliot shares some of his most memorable moments in music, his favorite artists, as well as some personal lessons he’s learned along the way with regards to balancing a lifelong career in the arts.
Elliot Scheiner is one of the most sought after record producers and record engineers in the industry. He began as Phil Ramone’s assistant and quickly advanced to engineer and producer. Since then Elliot has worked with a number of legendary artists, including Steely Dan, Beck, Sting, Eagles, Aerosmith, Faith Hill, and more.
