Dan Buettner reveals how to get more years out of your life

I have to say that at 27-years-old, I’m not thinking about old age too much. But what I just found out from Kathleen’s recent guest Dan Buettner, best-selling author of The Blue Zones, I really should be. In fact, we all should be because the choices we make now can make a big difference down the road.
During the interview Kathleen and Dan talked about the nine secrets to growing old healthy and happily, which were uncovered by years of research in the areas of the world where people live the longest. My personal favorite was, “drink red wine.” (No explanation needed.)
Listen to the interview to find out the other eight ways people all over the world are discovering the real fountain of youth.
And if you’re curious about how “young” you really are, or how many years you have left, make sure to check out the Vitality Compass—a quick quiz based on your current lifestyle and habits that Dan mentions during the interview. Kathleen revealed her quiz results on the air (but you'll have to tune in to find out what they were). As for my results...good news, I have a solid 97 years in me.
