An option for every home, business, and nation. We use a staggering amount of energy to heat (and cool) our homes, fill our cars and power our gadgets. Most of that energy comes from sources like oil, gas, and coal—all of which are finite, harmful to our planet, and increasing in price. William E. Glassley talks to Kathleen about geothermal energy—a renewable, clean alternative to fossil fuels that is virtually untapped and is available to most of us right now (new construction or existing houses) as a way to heat and cool our homes. He also discusses the opportunities for geothermal on a global basis…as a clean and renewable way to power entire cities and countries.
