Professor Carol Dweck explains how these mindsets play out in lifelong success, how we can change our own mindset through internal dialogue, and what every parent should know to help kids reach their fullest potential.

Since I listened to this interview the first time, I had the chance to view a few online videos of the Dalai Lama. He, too, has such an amazing sense of humor. If you enjoyed Deepak Chopra, perhaps you could check out, as he calls himself, “just a Buddhist Monk – nothing less, nothing more,” the Dalai Lama.
