She’s doing yoga…anywhere.
She’s a former guest and Deepak Chopra’s yoga instructor. Our favorite yoga gal Tara Stiles has a brand new DVD out (finally!) and we’ve been bugging her for weeks because we’re so excited to get our hands on it.
Yoga Anywhere: The New York Sessions is not your typical yoga video set in a natural environment with peaceful, serene music. Nope. This DVD is literally set on the streets and iconic locales of New York City where Tara’s studio Strala is based. And that’s exactly what we dig about it. Seems perfectly fitting coming from somebody who’s trying to redefine what yoga is.

I love this DVD – best yoga workout ever, and Tara is the nicest, coolest yoga instructor ever!
I was just in New York for 9 days on vacation with my husband and son. I was doing Yoga in our hotel room everyday. I did not know anything about Tara until I returned back to So Cal and saw this information about her. Had I known, I would have made every attempt at working with her. I have bone spurs in my back, and have to bend down every few blocks to relieve the pressure, for just a minute. Had I seen Tara on the Streets, doing her poses, as in this picture, I would have stopped and down them with her.
