Dr. Chopra talks about his new book, Reinventing the Body, Resurrecting the Soul, which shows how good lifestyle changes and a deep mind/body connection can break patterns, create new possibilities and get us in touch with our deeper selves.

Reboot and get inspired as Dr. Chopra shares his passion. It’s Chopra “unplugged” like never before…

Deepak Chopra is a world-renowned authority in the field of mind-body healing, a best-selling author, and the founder of the Chopra Center for Wellbeing. Love that he says it is not about positive thinking, but harnessing a new level of being. So true… Many get trapped in the positive thinking, and wondering why it does not “work” as it is supposed to… we cannot forget the layer and level of wisdom our body offers. Loved your intro, too, Kathleen… run woman run!
