I really loved this episode! Unfortunately one of the songs between the segments has gotten absolutely stuck in my head & I’m dying to listen to the whole but I have no idea what it is or who the artist is. Help! There were atleast 2 songs in this episode that were catchy and I’d love to know the artists. Thanks for the great show!!

Sorry to be a party-pooper, but what if you don’t like running? Is there another sport or activity that you can do instead that would give the same benefit?

I really like the spirit of the interview though.

Amorette, it took me a LONG time to get into running, so I definitely understand if you don’t like running. Have you ever tried cross country skiing? It not only gets you out of the house during those dreary months, but it’s such a great cardio workout…and you don’t even know how to ski to get started. And in the summer, a good long hike can do wonders for your muscles. Those two things are always my back-ups when I don’t feel like running.
